I’m passionate about helping people improve their health, confidence and performance through realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies that are practical and sustainable.

Practical Nutrition Support

My areas of expertise include:

  • Weight Management
  • Sports Nutrition & Performance
  • IBS & Low FODMAP Diets
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
  • Coeliac Disease
  • Digestive Health & Gut Symptoms
  • Body Composition & Recovery

With an honours degree in Physiology, Sports Science and Nutrition and a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics and Sports Nutrition, my approach is always grounded in evidence-based practice.

I also believe nutrition should still be enjoyable. My love of food, cooking and eating means practicality, flexibility and enjoyment remain at the centre of the advice I provide.
